Disable iMessages on iPad

Once you’ve finished setting up FaceTime, you can turn it off again by going into the Settings menu. If you have accidentally turned it off, you can simply tap the “Disable FaceTime” switch again. This will disable FaceTime for a set amount of time, and you can re-enable it if you wish to. Alternatively, you can turn off FaceTime for an entire day, or even a week.
Another option to turn off FaceTime is to turn off the app itself. When you turn off FaceTime, you’ll no longer be able to receive FaceTime calls from other devices or send video chats. This way, you’ll be able to get some quiet time. You can continue by clicking on the Continue button. A message will show that you have disabled the Facetime. Click on Continue again to enable FaceTime.
